The staff was very courteous and the rooms were clean. The location was key, as it was very close to the train station and within walking distance of all the landmarks in this city. The hotel also provided a great breakfast, and the transportation options were convenient, with the hotel being close to the train station in this city and providing easy access to the Pisa airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect, 10-minute walking distance to the train station, convenient for exploring the city on foot. The bed was extra-comfy and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff was helpful and polite, making our stay more fun. The breakfast, although not highly varied, offered delicious pastries, cereal, jams, and a little ham and cheese. a lovely hotel with a central location.

Great location near train station and attractions. The staff was helpful and cute. The rooms were clean and bright, with air conditioning for the summer heat. I loved the small balcony in my room. The hotel was reasonably priced and breakfast was included.

We found a great hotel in the heart of the city. It's located between the train station and the historic center, making it convenient for exploring Florence. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything we need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. We even found a laundromat nearby, which was incredibly convenient. The location couldn't be better - so close to everything.
Just a small downside, the shower head was a bit difficult to adjust, but it was manageable.

Great lcation and the staff were cute Convenient location near train and bus stations, and tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, with good touring advice and more. Comfortable room with a good bed and efficient air conditioner. Clean room and bathroom, well equipped. Free wireless internet. Excellent value for money
Access to floors two and three is a bit of a climb, potential problem for heavy luggage or babies in arms. Room was small and TV screen smaller.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Florence! the location just couldn't be better. It's within a 5-minute walk from the train station and right near all the tourist attractions. Being in the city's 'NO DRIVE' area was a real plus too. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Lastly, the room I stayed in was on the upper floor, which was great for peace and quiet, and it had a good-sized bathroom. this hotel offers great value for the price.
